What this tool does

An “AI watermark” can mean several different things. This tool checks supported metadata and validates embedded Content Credentials locally with the official SDK. It does not run SynthID, proprietary pixel-watermark detectors or statistical classifiers. A result with no supported evidence means the origin is unknown.

Try a real example

Use “Try an example” to inspect a bundled file through the same local engine. It is visibly marked as an example and is never a simulated result.

Does no evidence mean no watermark?

No. A watermark can be encoded in pixels or other signals this tool does not check. The result says what was inspected and what was not.
